For those who saw my "stereotype killed by a video game" thread a few days ago, don't beat me up for this.

SonicGenesisKing 19514 cr points Send Message: 21 / M Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 6/14/12, edited 6/14/12 Last one then I promise I will shut up; I seem to be under the influence that someone is trying to kill me (the details are too sad and cruel to reveal), I feel like this almost every night, like a rabbit chased by a wolf or (censored for referring to prejudiced times in history), when I get this feeling, I often hear the word punishment in my mind, my family says this is trauma-related fear, I do not know if they are right or if I really in danger of being slain by someone, a friend of mine was murdered by a robber so that made me more afraid. Am I reluctantly insane or just clustered with intimidating memories?

I don't really know how to go about it on CR, I've been joining groups and commenting on news posts. Does anyone have any ways or can give me any sort of advice because I feel like I'm doing something wrong like thinking too hard or that there's something wrong with me?
