No you're not. I think you should let S know where you are as far as relationships are concerned. You don't have to go into too much details but just tell her there was someone that you were serious with, things happened and the relationship ended, and now through hanging out the other person looks like but not really sure if she has feelings for you again. You want to move on but can't because of the history. At least this way she knows you're conflicted and it's not a you're messing with her kinda thing. S is your friend and I'm sure she'd appreciate the honesty. After that I say you two should still enjoy your date (assuming S still wants to go along with it). See (and maybe compare) how you feel with S with how you felt with K.

Also, let K know how you felt during the break out (if you haven't already) and that you are ready to move know. If she can't give you a straight answer, you might need to move on. If you're ready and don't have the time to wait for her then you just can't.

Hi Card. You can't spot-reduce sections of fat as the body burns certain areas before others. However it is best to do both the cardio/fat burning exercises I presume you are doing, but also muscle building exercises, as muscle also burns fat. It is best to work everything rather than specific sections. It will take time, and it takes longer to fix those last niggling bits than to get the bulk of it at the start, but that's natural. Also look at your diet to see if any improvements can be made (things like Soda, junk food, large amounts of white bread, etc can hinder progress).
With the "flat stomach" goal it also helps to make sure to "train" your transverse abdominus (google if unfamiliar).

Have you done exercises that focuses more on that area like sit ups and crunches? The midsection can take some time compared to the rest of the body. Not a lot you can do. The body sometimes burns the fat where it wants to. Maybe focusing in that area could help.

Noooooo you guys were supposed to give me easy stuff!

But I had figured as much, I am already trying to do a lot for my core as having a strong core, I think, is essential before dive into much of anything else really. Although I really felt I've been all over the place in terms of exercise that rather than building a little bit here and there I'm just not getting results anywhere. Thanks to both of you for your insight, I'll just have to keep at it!

Is there a certain section where I could post a topic to debate? If there is please point me in that direction! Figure it could be a good place for people to get real emotional about their favorite animes

If it's about anime, why not just post it in the anime section (under entertainment). I'm sure everyone can talk about their feels in there

As long as everyone respects each others opinions, there shouldn't be any problems.

Alright so i have an issue that is very irritating whether i'm reading, watching anime, listening to people talk etc... Basically whenever i see a sentence i have to count the letters... as an example:
The sky is blue (12 letters).
This process will go through my head and cause me to pause while reading or watching anime very often. I don't know if this is a problem that most people have or if i am just insane... I also feel like i am not explaining it very well... It causes me to miss quite a lot of stuff though so any thoughts on my problem and how i might possibly fix it would be much appreciated...

And don't tell me to just not count... Believe me i have tried and it isn't as easy as you may think.

That sounds like ocd to me. There is no real fixing it but you can try to reduce it as much as possible. Try counts the words instead of the letters. At least it would be less counting. Not saying it will work but you can try.

i will try ^.^ i forgot to mention the most annoying part... if the letters don't add up to a multiple of 5 (5, 10,15,20...) then i try to work it out to equal a multiple of five... tha'ts why words are tough because a sentence can be very short and is tough to make into a multiple of 5.

Thanks though

I'm guessing this sentence will be really annoying for you then.

There's a ton of possibilities as to what the culprit could be: from EMI interference, bad NIC card/cables, etc. I would suggest googling something like "why does my internet connection keep turning off and on," and following some of the suggestions that they give there. Otherwise, u may have to give us a little bit more info as to how u are connected to the Internet (wirelessly thru a router, satellite, etc.).
