I'm only 155cm tall, if I ever gets to 57kg, I'll rather die. Hey, salad can be counted as a meal too, right?

lol ahhh well, check your BMI...100lbs seems about right for a lass. and hahaha whats that suppose to mean? you saying i'm fat? jks.

and hmmm a salads for me is a snack, for you, maybe a meal..or two...

3 meals a day? That won't change anything. I took 2 meals a day and went from 55kg to 47kg. but then I ate salad for dinner, so going on diet didn't affect my health too. If you feel like you want to eat sweet stuffs then eat fruits instead, fx a banana. How fast a person loses her/his weight depends, since we are all different...remember not to skip meals and remember to exercise!

hah it depends, i'm not much of a weight loser myself. just keep healthy, stay away from snacks, and do exercise. but it really depends...i reckon its harder for people of average statue to loose weight than obese individuals.

I'm still considered as an international student in the US and it is very expensive to go to college...
should I...
- go to college this year and pay a whole lot of money
- or wait one year but perhaps it might not be helpful for my college admission

ugh school advice is a little complicated...I need more information..

Like would you even be accepted? or can you even get the money right now..

Cause if you aren't accepted or cant get the money together...

Correction: Exercise properly and eat healthy.

Of course, you should actually do it right; you literally can go get a reputable workout book or magazine and follow it.
