I onced proved this old couple wrong and boy, were they mad. They didn't want to admit to their mistake and insisted that I was still the wrong one. Then they said they wanted to see my manager, but my manager was busy. And then they wouldn't allow me to help the other waiting customers. And when they finally left after my manager never came, they told me to come and find them later (as if). Anyway, I was so mad. I just wanted to stab them with their canes.

i knowwats it like dealing with annoying customers. dats da reason why when i buy sumthing i never ask for a bargain, if da item cost too much i just leave quietly and walk to a different store, and when i din in a restraunt i always leave a fair amount of tip.

"The Customer is always right" in the business is just a nice way of saying "dont argue or else we lose customers"

theres always gonna be ignorant people around so you need to just suck it up and make a smile and try your best to accomodate them because they're PAYING customers. so unless you wanna lose your job or the business to close due to lack of customers then the "customer is always right" haha

Of course they're not always right. But when you need to educate them, remember to do it in a respectful, professional way. Even if they're assholes. Which they will be.

i deal wid pple all e time. so, most definitely, CUSTOMERS CAN B WRONG AT TIMES. and some customers ask e most ridiculous qns. i sell expensive lighters n pens part time.. so i always get qns like "Is dere a guarantee for scratches?".. n im like, Hello, stupid.. u drop it n get scratches on it den u expect us to haf a guarantee on it. and den dere's dumb ass customers who buy things on impulse or like weeks/mths ago, and comes back askin for a refund cos they dun like it. how stupid is dat? it clearly states on e receipt dat its a 7day period for exchange/refund. dumb!!!!

If you are a customer in the scene, you'll say "yes," customers are always right.
But if you're the business person, you will think twice. Although in a sense, this is always the belief in CS worlds regardless of how rude the customers are. Why? Coz customers are their business. Without the customers = no money.

i sent a customer to the hospital with a broken nose and jaw, got a week suspension, fuck the customers, im always right
