L got my vote. The only reason why he got bested by Light was because he was dealing with freakishly, normally impossible supernatural stuff. How the hell was he supposed to know all that? Also, he was on the verge of busting Light's fake Death Note rule when he got killed.
Lelouch is awesome, but I still think L and Light have more brains. If you put them together, Lulu probably wouldn't be able to survive! |

its definatly lelouch i mean he takes over a resistance obtains the rest of the japanese resistance fighters keeps his sister and friends safe manages to keep his school record up and fights an entire empire all at the same time you got to have smarts for that

Yea uh...Lelouch He is actually Damn smart he freakin starts wars and shit and not with his Geass thats just a plus, and Light isn't really that smart and only reason why his ass lasted so long is cuz of his powers but I guess Conan is smart but he can't start a war D;
