for all of you who voted for lelouch i have a question. why? lelouch while being awesome isn't even in the same league as L or Light it just seems that he is becuase no one in code geass is anywhere near intelligent. that being said L is the smartest because even though Light essentially had super powers L still managed to track him down (giving up the death note to forget about being kira is just cheating) therefore L wins
P:S: Lupin the III is pretty is pretty smart to just not in the same way
