Lupin I don't know. L would have defeated Light if they were on even footing. Conan would probably catch onto Light's mistakes while avoiding Light's dangerous gaze. He would probably also be better than L, because he is above suspicion as a kid. I don't know how to rank Lelouche, but no doubt he's a genius. I'll go Conan.

1. Lelouch because in the anime it showed he could come up with 15 possibilities or something like that in a second.
2. Light because he beat L.
3. L because he pretty much guessed Light being Kira since the beginning, but he lost because he started believing Light wasn't Kira.
4. Lupin or Conan, don't know much about them.
