I didn't really connect to your example as much as I did others. We did an example where everyone in the room was to draw a circle. College freshman aren't the brightest crowd, but we all knew what a circle was. The reason this relates is because each circle was different whether it be a black ring, solid blue, or even an object like a record.

I think I like this more because it is easier to argue that people percieve the same thing differently. I think you and I shared the same experiance when we looked at that microbe. We both saw the same color yellow (all vision arguements aside) What was different between us was not our experiance of the microbe, but our background in color.
