Well it's based on a Philip K Dick novel, so I plan to see it eventually. You have to realize that when he wrote these stories back in the 1950s, so when he wrote this stuff it was incredible, though there is nothing terrbily remarkable about it now. He was the same guy who wrote the books that Blade Runner, Minority Report, Total Recall, and Paycheck were based off of.

People just love to hate Keanu in my oppinion. He's not a great actor by any stretch of the imagination, but he is usually in interesting movies.

The art style does look interesting though, though I'd still go see it even if it was live action.

When I saw that it was digitally done, I though Richard Linklater must have made this, and I was right. He does some philosophical stuff, such as Walking Life and Slacker, which are the only movies of his I have seen though. Nope haven't seen it, but I'll try to view it sometime.

It's fantastic, definately worth whatever you'd have to pay to see it. However, you've got to be on your toes the entire time, keeping up with who is who and what's going on, because if you zone out for a couple minutes you'll lose the plot completely. It's dark and complex, so if you like that sort of thing and can say that you're at least fairly intelligent, go watch.

And it has Keanu Reeves in it, which just makes it that much better.

I actually planned on watching this at the theater but, for various reasons, I never got the chance, so I definately plan to check it out as soon as possible, looks quite good and I've like most of the Phillip K. Dick book film adapations thus far

Did you mean the movie Waking Life? I wasn't sure is there was another movie with a similar name or if I was under the wrong impression.

:EDIT:
nevermind this was just a major thread bump >.>

Being a huge fan of Dick I must say this is the most (well, ONLY) accurate film based on him. Fantastic actors: sleepy Winona, hillarious Robert Downey, crazy Woody Harellson and Keanu Reeves... well as always good'n'bad. It''s hard to decide wherever he's a good actor or just plays Neo automatically in every movie

I've never heard of it.
