i just just download the high resolution stuff. eg.avi, good quality mkv and good quality mp4. i only watch things like bleach and naruto since i cant be bothered wasting download on heavily dragged out animes.

crunchyroll all the way!! but wen it doesnt have the anime im lookin for then i go to either youtube for faster streamin or veoh for better quaility or i download for higer def.
