Yes! And men are hypocrites for saying that they like women with proper flesh, one of my friend is curvy and men treat her like she doesn't exist.

jogging is cardio training. Cardio training mainly burns fat, you will gain some muscle eventually, but not too much.... but exercises like lifting weights, will get you more muscle and it will make you gain more weigh while at the same time tone up your body...

as long as you are eating properly, feeling well and having a healthy life style being underweight or overweight doesn't mean you are unhealthy.... if you are naturally that thin It's not a problem......XD I just quoted my health teacher

lifting wieghts?? i don wanna be a muscle man..i'd rather be thin...>_< well i hv kinda given up on gaining weight.. i bet i'll become fat when i grow older..LOL

not really.. i'm 5'4, 99 lbs.. i really wanted to gain weight before, but it seemed that no matter how much food i eat, and no matter how long i sit on my ass, my weight remains the same.. the "heaviest" i could remember was about 105 lbs. right now, i try to forget about my weight.. but just eat right and stuff. if my body won't gain weight, then so be it!! i'm fine as long as i don't look like an anorexic

lifting weights wont make you look like a man... believe me it takes A LOT of work for women to look like a bodybuilder..... it would be ok if you don't as long overdo it, i used to lift weight everyday and i never became a muscle machine... i don't do it anymore cuz became lazy

I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with it. I do tend to constantly be on a diet, which I then break, and the cycle begins again. I'm conscious of my weight and calories, but I can't say I weep everytime I put on a pound.
