I am. I try to exercise four times a week to stay in shape. I bike 8 miles.

I go to the gym on my lunch break all the time just so i can fit in some gym time if I know I'm going to be busy.

My problem is I love sweets. I could eat them instead of real food.

I eat healthy and would exercise every day for an hour (swimming 3 miles) but could never lose weight...the only one who had a problem with my weight was my mom (I believe she's projecting her dissatisfaction with her body on me...or she's just being a b*tch). I was never teased by anyone and had no problem with guys, except getting them to stop hitting on me. Years later it turns out I have a chemical/metabolic disorder (genetic, so yeah, it's your fault for the crappy genes mom) that's incurable. Most people never even thought I had some weight, (because I knew how to dress for my body type) and thought I was lying when I told my actual size. Now I just keep my healthy habits, weight be damned, 'cause unless someone discovers a cure, there's nothing to be done about it. I don't give a crap about what anyone else thinks or says (including you, mom). I'm happy and I got the man I wanted (who wanted me) which is more than what I can say for my mom who has no man now, or any interested in her. But, you know, it's really your personality that matters (of which hers is lacking), not your size.

Not really. I don't have to worry because I'm not overweight, but I'm not underweight either. I guess I'm average. All I have to do is maintain my weight.

I'm not obsessed, but I am aware I should gain a few pounds. I think that if I were to become too heavy though, that I would become very obsessed with my weight. I have always had a thin frame, so it'd be really stressful to ever be otherwise.

Yeah. I'm borderline overweight, so I'm kinda worried about my health and how I look.

Yeah I'm obsessed, 8% BF @ 185lb I can't get the extra fkn 5lbs I want. I've tried lifting even in the 4-8 rep range but my lifts stay the same (DL: 450lb, Squat: 320lb, Bench: 240lb). Even on a 4500calorie (1500 surplus) diet. Wtf.

Irritates me to no end.

Yeah, hitting the gym now for about 2 months, want to build some muscle.
But I think that's normal when you grow older actually.

No one should be fat. Skinny girls are creepy. Being a little chubby is -ok-. Girly magazines with models and whatnot in it aren't written by men and don't depict what men want. They're written by gay guys and women- who don't know what men want. No one wants a girl so skinny her bones stick out and if you do have sex with her you feel like you'll break her. <- That's not cool.

1: Most people are dehydrated and maintain a large amount of fluid because of this. If you don't drink at least 1 gallon of -water- per day. I recommend starting. This will greatly improve your blood circulation which regulates the vast majority of your body functions.

2: Eat several small meals throughout the day rather than large meals. Large meals take too much effort to break down and there's periods of time where your metabolism isn't boosted due to lacking nutrients. Large meals can also be so large that most of it goes to fat/waste.

3: Take a multi vitamin/fish oil. No matter how much you eat- you aren't going to get enough nutrients to meet your needed levels. The soil is stripped of nutrients and therefore the crops are as well. Very seldom will you find someone meeting all nutrient levels even if they eat what people consider very healthy.

4: Do 30min+ of cardio 5x a week.

Anyone can lose weight if they keep at it. There's no magic secret to it- it just requires doing the same things over and over each day without giving up. If you can do 40mins on an exercise bike today, there's no excuse for not being able to do it tomorrow. Afterall- you've already done it before. How is it hard to do something if you've already done it before? Perhaps many times before. Just keep telling yourself that and you'll be where you need to be in no time.
