I'm not obsessed, but I am aware I should gain a few pounds. I think that if I were to become too heavy though, that I would become very obsessed with my weight. I have always had a thin frame, so it'd be really stressful to ever be otherwise.

Not really....

Not at all. I actually get excited when I gain weight because I've only gained weight through increases in muscle mass.

Yeah. I'm borderline overweight, so I'm kinda worried about my health and how I look.

Yeah I'm obsessed, 8% BF @ 185lb I can't get the extra fkn 5lbs I want. I've tried lifting even in the 4-8 rep range but my lifts stay the same (DL: 450lb, Squat: 320lb, Bench: 240lb). Even on a 4500calorie (1500 surplus) diet. Wtf.

Irritates me to no end.

Yeah, hitting the gym now for about 2 months, want to build some muscle.
But I think that's normal when you grow older actually.

No one should be fat. Skinny girls are creepy. Being a little chubby is -ok-. Girly magazines with models and whatnot in it aren't written by men and don't depict what men want. They're written by gay guys and women- who don't know what men want. No one wants a girl so skinny her bones stick out and if you do have sex with her you feel like you'll break her. <- That's not cool.

1: Most people are dehydrated and maintain a large amount of fluid because of this. If you don't drink at least 1 gallon of -water- per day. I recommend starting. This will greatly improve your blood circulation which regulates the vast majority of your body functions.

2: Eat several small meals throughout the day rather than large meals. Large meals take too much effort to break down and there's periods of time where your metabolism isn't boosted due to lacking nutrients. Large meals can also be so large that most of it goes to fat/waste.

3: Take a multi vitamin/fish oil. No matter how much you eat- you aren't going to get enough nutrients to meet your needed levels. The soil is stripped of nutrients and therefore the crops are as well. Very seldom will you find someone meeting all nutrient levels even if they eat what people consider very healthy.

4: Do 30min+ of cardio 5x a week.

Anyone can lose weight if they keep at it. There's no magic secret to it- it just requires doing the same things over and over each day without giving up. If you can do 40mins on an exercise bike today, there's no excuse for not being able to do it tomorrow. Afterall- you've already done it before. How is it hard to do something if you've already done it before? Perhaps many times before. Just keep telling yourself that and you'll be where you need to be in no time.

At certain times, I'm more obsessed than others. I've always been slightly overweight (until now) and even now I don't like my "average" body. I guess people strive for some sort of perfection, even though that's not possible. Although, I do wish I could be happy with the way I am, and sometimes (for the briefest of moments) I am.

Deep down, I guess I still want to lose about 30-40 pounds.

Uh, yes, I have some body fat and I hate it. Because it's there, I'm 16, not done growing. I might lose it when I get older- but I doubt it.

And my family is skinny. My sister is grossly underweight, and naturally that way, and my mother is 5'8.5 and only weighs like 9 lbs more than me. And all actors/actresses/singers look like they weigh nothing as well. Models too.

They make me feel pudgy, all of them.

.......
I go on a fastwalk/run (combination of both generally). I don't eat lunch, I eat dinner, but not a huge portion.

I need to do more vigorous exercise but I'm afraid i'll hurt something if I try to exert myself too much.

Last time i checked I weighed like 129 lbs.
I'm 5'5 and a half inch.
I'm healthy.
According to your stereotypical BMI chart anyway.
But at best, I'm average.
.
I wish I was skinny.
Like K-Pop idol or Victoria's Secret model skinny.
Or even skinnycurvy.

LIKE THIS:

Genetics went wrong somewhere with me. There are basically almost NO fat people in my family, with the exception of my father (who let himself get that way, to be honest,), and the elders (who in their prime were all skinny anyway).

Eh, one day i'll accept myself.
One day....

I don't care about my weight, just the belly fat.
