weight is important but i mean you shouldnt starve yourself just to be at the weight you want as long as you're healthy :)

I'm not obsessed, but I exercise regularly because I like it and I know it's good for my body ^_^

I'm pretty obsessed with my weight.
I don't watch what I eat and eat a lot all the time, but I always burn it off in swimming. I completely freak out if my weight passes 120 lbs or my BMI passes 17.5. >____< |

No because weight doesn't mean anything. But I am kind of obsessed with my body, have to train that and this etc
Like a guy who is 5'10" and weigh 160 lbs can still be all muscles. Muscles weigh more than fat you know. So people that have just started training sometimes think they are gaining weight, which they are but they are gaining muscles instead of the fat they used to have. |

i'm quite obsess wif my weight...
my friends and family keep telling me dat i'd loss my weight, but i honestly didn't notice dat... i juz keep thinking dat i'm chubby as i was in my school day. but i think a bit obsess on your weight is fine it make you concern on your health... obesity can lead to diabetic, hypertension, heart disease and lots more so i try to keep my obsession as positive as possible! erm...i'm a nurse-to-be Nway... |

totally, tried all kinds of diet and I'm still on one and worked out 5 times a week and also part of a dance company... just beat me, i'm crazy
