Uhm...one cake mix, 1/3 c oil, 1/2 c water, 2 eggs. Mix until just moist, and bake at 350 for x amount of time, depending on your pan. That's the easiest one I have. (Actually, I think it's the ONLY one I have...omit the water, and it works well for cookies, too)

delicious moist cake

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 8 inch pans.
2.In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Combine the milk and vanilla, add alternately to the creamed mixture with the flour, ending with the flour. Mix only as much as necessary. Pour into the prepared pans.
3.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Cake will pull away from the sides of the pan slightly when done. Allow cakes to cool in the pans for a few minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
4. Top the cake with buttercream frosting and fresh strawberries(optional) when it cools

Uhm...how much is 50g? and wthck is caster sugar?

I was kinda joking about the cake mix...try this:

Almond Cake

2/3c Margarine (or butter)
1c Sugar
1 1/2t Almond extract
1 Egg, beaten (all but 2T)
1 1/2c Flour
1/2t Baking powder

Cream the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well. Press into an 8x8 greased pan. Brush with the remaining egg. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350F.

caster sugar is sweeter than the normal sugar... normal sugar will do, if u cant find caster sugar.

1tbsp is about 25g, so, 50g is 2tbsp...

u can spread on ur fav jam or cream on the surface of the sponge cake, roll it, cut it, u can enjoy a swiss roll.

or, spread the cream on the surface of the sponge cake, put another layer of sponge cake on it, u can enjoy a sponge sandwich.

u can also cut some fresh fruits 2 go with the cream...

u may dust icing sugar on top of the cake 4 decoration.
