I might be intrested in writing an article demeaning horoscopes.
Something along these lines: "Astrology has no relevance to understanding ourselves, or our place in the cosmos. Modern advocates of astrology cannot account for the underlying basis of astrological associations with terrestrial affairs, have no plausible explanation for its claims, and have not contributed anything of cognitive value to any field of the social sciences." - Ivan Kelly.

That is all.

Position ~ Reviewer Anime

Reason ~I love Anime. I love everything about it and it sickens me to hear people talk about Naruto or Bleach all the time. I can name ten way better than those two off the top of my head. I watch as much Anime as I can in one day. Usually some of the episodes aren't uploaded so I'll have to wait sometimes. When I get into an Anime I really can't stop thinking about it. I find out everything I can about it. I consider all the Anime I watch to be at lease in the 8-10/10 range. I would love the opportunity to show people great new series which I think is awesome and tell them why.

Sample ~ Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei is here!! If you don't know what that is then you don't know what your missing out on. Ever seen the Anime Welcome to NHK or FLCL? Maybe you even liked one or the other or can't stop watching it? Well this Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei is their offspring and no I'm not kidding. The randomness and comedy sense of FLCL combined with the animation and style of Welcome to NHK makes a superb Anime. The plot singles in on a teacher who has a very dark perspective on life, always imagine the worse possible outcome. One day he meets a young girl while committing suicide and she convinces him to kill himself.......for now. Little did she know that the man was her teacher and soon calls him "Pink Supervisor". Every episode so far he has been "saving" students or new one come into his class. Kinda like a GTO think but way less heroic. I use the word "saving" loosely because he never really saves them but sorta pulls them out of a midlife crisis. So far every student associated with him has been girls. Some even fallen in love! From girls with split personalities to hikikomoris to stalkers, not to mention how pretty they are, this Anime is a must see. The opening is probably the most random and best openings I ever saw. The opening song is called "Hito toshite Jiku ga Bureteiru" by Kenji Ohtsuki feat. Ai Nonaka, Marina Inoue, Yu Kobayashi, Miyuki Sawashiro & Ryoko Shintani. The ending is a mixture of old Japanese style culture and somewhat 40 or 50's music style. I recommend this to people who just love random and comedy take place every second. I would give it a 10/10 tops. I just could not find anything to hate or dislike about this Anime. So hurry up and start watching before it gets licensed!

This is great! I'd never have expected it to get this far, well done everyone, and especially Steffi!

I support ishiro_yumeshi's Idea for a poem/story section, for which I would be very willing to run something off.

I'll be sorting out the wiki version later today, though I doubt it will be properly finished until Monday.

The PDF format version looks Awesome! I really like the cover page. I dunno if its a position, but I could help you putting the onigiri on the wiki. I've already added a lot of the anime section if you wanna see my work.

Ack, I wanna apply , but sadly, I'm clueless with this kind of stuff.

@ Hotsoup: Help would be very welcome, especially when the Uni term starts, seeing as I won't be able to help out as much then (I've been putting things up on the wiki currently along with Kris, Uchari and Steffi)

We have a very sparse and rough wiki version now! *collapses*

I’d like to apply for a drama or music reviewer.
I have several reasons. Most importantly I think in the past 4 Onigiri issues, no reviewers wrote about Chinese dramas or singers. I highly think they should be mentioned. (Chinese is different from Taiwanese) I feel like a huge group of people is alienated.
I work for the newspaper runs through my school; therefore, I have a general idea how to attract readers. I wish you can accept my application. Thank you. ( I will focus on the Asian groups that didn’t get mentioned in the past issues.)

This is part of the newspaper article I wrote for a history essay.

The last speaker who is representing the Aboriginals is Elijah Harper. He thinks that the proposals should have been rejected because the aboriginal people were not mentioned any where on the agreement. He gives some background about the Aboriginals. They are one of the founding groups of Canada back to 500 years ago. The Aboriginal people are distinctive just like the French, but they are not being treated the same as the French. Out of 10 Aboriginal people, three are poor. Their language is getting lost because their offspring are learning English and French. He doesn’t think it’s fair that both Aboriginal and French people have different culture and language, but Canada pays way more attention to Quebec. The French culture will never get lost because there is a country in Europe called “France”. But the Aboriginal culture is getting lost because there is no school that teaches the Aboriginal language and there is no country which speaks the Aboriginal language. Elijah demands that the Aboriginal people need to get protected and equal attention and power as Quebec. Elijah is incensed at Brian Mulroney because in his speech, he kept mentioning how important the French are and how they need to be connected with Canada. The word “Aboriginal” is not in his speech.

This discussion started on 12:45 and ended on 2:05p.m. Many voices of Canada were heard. Milk and tea were served, even though Elijah Harper had none because he was busy telling everyone how important the Aboriginal people and their culture are to Canada.

-HEY, s_j_b...when are you going to post the result?
I was just wondering what is onigiri...then I googled it. WHOA!! it's a kind of sushi, Now I see how it is related to Crunchyroll ^^
