it's awesome. Rather it be subtle or interesting plot twists, to great character engagement. It's all here; action, drama, greatly drawn, provactive story, and to top it off great character development. A great sign in an anime is how the characters are portrayed, where they are shallow or overly engaged. Baccano gives you enough, to where they leave you wanting more, and that in my opinion makes this show, quite possibly one of the best I have seen. And I would deffinately have to nominate it for best intro.

Just finished it. Wow. It leaves me wanting more, like an OVA or such. The story is awesome, even without the timeline jumps it was fun piecing it all together. But just when I felt like it was safe to breathe, it was over. My faves were Firo and Ennis, but I also loved Czeslaw, Maiza, Issac, Miria, Jacuzzi, Luck, Chane, and maybe even Vino (hard to say after what he did to Czes.) It's one of those shows where I'm not searching for another anime series right away, I want to linger on Baccano! for a while longer. :)

I think there are additional of 3 episodes and it will be released and subbed soon. *crossfingers*

I dare to say this was a flawless and brilliant series. The huge cast, the settings, the plot , and the character development was perfect! I like how the characters where depicted and even the minor characters contributed a huge role here. Also I like Jacuzzi , Ennis , Ladd (Thank you , Fuck you!) , Chane , Vino , Czelaw cause they are awesome and especially the funniest Isaac-Miria Tandem! So hop on to Flying Pussyfoot train and enjoy the ride guys!

xDD It was confusing....like a lot, but once you get into the series, you understand it better....but all the blood, guts, and gore was awesomely awesome. And I love how Isaac and Miria just immediately turn the entire series from a total actiony mafia/train robbery/prohibition era movie into something that has a lot of variety...despite of it's confusion. But I think the novels were less confusing...like a few books for one arc, then another...if they did that, Baccano would ultimately have more episodes (I presume) and since he's not done writing them (I think...) it would still go on.....but I guess there isn't enough new novels to make a totally new season...*sigh*

I wish Tokyopop would license the novel like how they did with Trinity Blood (even though it'll never be finished...TT^TT) so I could read them...I'd LOVE to read the novel and buy the entire series...but I guess it's up to Narita though whether or not he'd want it to get licensed here in America. He agreed to have an anime...and it's licensed (sadly) and having his novels getting translated here in America in English would really help his popularity.

Does anyone know when the subbed version of the first OVA will be out?????? I heard Graham's voice over and over again before I realized it was Gin from Gintama's voice and loved how it made Graham seem very exciteable....

But I ABSOLUTELY love Czes and Firo. It's odd to say that I love Claire/Vino too...considering what torturous deeds he did to Czes *shivers* xDD But to have the mafia or how Narita calls them, 'Camorra' immortal....since they're criminals and such...isn't that a little bad? I mean Isaac and Miria probably wouldn't be a problem...and Czes always has his innocent card to play in a bad situation....and it'd be awesome to have Vino become immortal too..even though having a person who is somewhat murderous and sadistic running around for all eternity would be an issue....

Ah yes. Just finished the episode yesterday. And it was awesome. Graham Spector really rocks!

He has the same level of Badass and Gar as Ladd. And Wrench Attack FTW!

Also... I saw Isaac and Miria tandem again with their goofy humors.
