Im sick too, i didn't go to school today, i was so dizzy and coughing all day, i like to drink cold water and sleep and eat a samwich!

the best way to stop the nausea is to take a dash of ginger root powder with every meal. another way to suppress nausea is to add a pinch of baking soda to cold water.

vegetable broth is good.

there's also the 'b-r-a-t' diet; Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast.
