I'm not really complaining, I was just pointing something out. But really I care about all of the bad stuff that happens in this counrty because 1 I live here and 2 every bit of it affects me.
Most people who are envious shouldn't be.... there's better places then this.

Actually america has a lot going for it that others would like. Take for example what is happening in the middle east. Not exactly the best place to live at the moment (though their are of course good areas). China isnt as bad as it use to be but seeing as their are exacutions for minimal crimes, its way populated its not exactly the best place to live as well. America may have a lot going against it but I say its a pretty sweet place to live.

Why? Maybe because the Americans own the rest of the world billions of dollars but refuse to pay up. Because America thinks she is the best in the world. Because America can tell the whole world to follow international rules, join the United Nations and World Trade Organisation. Yet America can disregard all the rules and continue with what she wants to do.

America can tell lies (ie about non-existent weapons of mass destruction in Iraq), and when the lies are exposed, America can just smile and walk away.

Oh and Americans feel that it's justified for them to attack other nations, but nobody can attack them.

edit: Americans also think they are very smart, but..

For my English paper yesterday, there was an comprehension passage which was written by an American. It had most of us in tears of laughter when we read about how he feels that the education in America is world-class. Seriously. That's why my 10 year old sister can solve a math question that 15 year old Americans can't solve.

This is exactly what im talking about.
Im pretty sure that paper was chosen for that exact reason.
Yeah, il go out and admit that high school education is pretty much a joke.
but do i make the whole decision that we can go out and attack some country for whatever reason???
No, i dont. im 17, wtf can i do about it???

Finally someone I can relate to.
Anyway, some American teenagers do drugs and drink. That will have an effect on their education. Even in my country, which is Canada, kids do a lot of drugs. In my math class last year the whole left side of the classroom was stoned.

well.... thats what im saying, what if ur hispanic american? im pretty sure, by my experience living in southern california that by being exposed to so much culture most of the younger pop are being open 2 different cultures of people.
Im hispanic, my parents come from guatemala, i was born in the united states, i have different points of view.
Feeling superior 2 others is just immoral and unjustified, were all human beings~~
