there are good things about America too, but it's not like everyone will stop blaming such an easy scapegoat, and so yeah the good things arent that hard to find......its just that its alot easier to spy the flaws in America >_>

I agree, and I find it annoying that people are always pointing out the bad stuff. Americans aren't horrible people, which people don't seem to understand.

"Why? Maybe because the Americans own the rest of the world billions of dollars but refuse to pay up. Because America thinks she is the best in the world. Because America can tell the whole world to follow international rules, join the United Nations and World Trade Organisation. Yet America can disregard all the rules and continue with what she wants to do.

America can tell lies (ie about non-existent weapons of mass destruction in Iraq), and when the lies are exposed, America can just smile and walk away.

Oh and Americans feel that it's justified for them to attack other nations, but nobody can attack them.

edit: Americans also think they are very smart, but..

For my English paper yesterday, there was an comprehension passage which was written by an American. It had most of us in tears of laughter when we read about how he feels that the education in America is world-class. Seriously. That's why my 10 year old sister can solve a math question that 15 year old Americans can't solve."

I live in America and i know that it has done some bad things, but hasnt everybody at some point in time. Also i dont like when people group us all together, like when people call us stupid. Yes there is stupid people but there are also smart people (For example there are people at my school who do drugs and dont give a crap about there education like my cousin, then there are people like me, my two younger brothers, and most of my friends who have staight A's). I know that might have sounded like i was braging but i just wanted to get my point across. And whats with the Americans can only speak one language thing, for your information i can speak four different languages.

i also know that are government isnt exactly at its best right now, but there's really not much i can do about that im not old enough to vote and also it not like the people that can vote just vote and who ever get the most votes is automaticly the President, there are many other contributing fatctor like the electoral college. At least we will be getting a new President soon.

Another thing is that not everybody in America thinks there superior to to others, i know i dont. I love learning about other cultures and i dont judge people depending on where they live.

europe makes fun of america and we make fun of europe

that is true. but we do not always "make fun" of americans. Personally, its more finding humour in George Bush's idiocy.
I'm here in the states for vacation, and I never realized how many people here make sarastic jokes about him too. =] he's not only pulled america down, but ruined himself terribly.
