How about the Mystic Eyes from Tsukihime? Not just Shiki's, there are many types there. Also, the Eyes used by Koushio from Sumomomo Momomo might be worth mentioning...

I second that. Why kill them when they could do it themselves? And best of all, you don't even need to look at them directly. Just as long as they are in a certain radius from ya, they'll kill themselves regardless.
