I'm not saying that i'm fearless or anything, just that I've never really been immersed in a game enough for that to happen. Same for movies. Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Condemned: Criminal Origins, and Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem freaked me out quite a bit as well. I even found games like Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask to be really creepy and disturbing sometimes. System Shock 2 was also a bit of trip.

Also I have to agree, Eternal Darkness was scary, as well as the first few Silent Hills. Fatal Frame was pretty damn scary too.
