Hmm, for favourite female... That' a tough one... There's Jeane and Viki from Suikoden, and Rena from Star Ocean 2, and Zelda from Twilight Princess. I would probably elininate Jeane because a lot of people like her, and eliminate Zelda because she's in SSB:M and SSB:B. Let's see... Rena kicks as as a healer, and Viki is good for teleportation. I'd probably say Rena.

Fave male is going to be just a little harder; I only have 2 though. Uh, make that 3. Lloyd (Tales of Symphonia), Reid (Tales of Eternia) and Claude (Star Ocean 2). They all plainly rock, and they're all main characters.
Lloyd is in a Soul Calibur, so he's out. Reid's game is 2D, so he does get a little pity as I dismiss him for second. Claude just... rawks.

There are alot of really cool characters out there but the one that has surved me the best has to be samus.
She has done well for me in Smash brothers and smash brothers Melee and hopefully she will serve me well in brawl too :D

Balthier of FFXII is my favorite Male character, hands down. Female it is a little harder to choose but I am going to have to go with Ayane from DOA/Ninja Gaiden. She is a bad ass too.
