There are others I like but these are the main 5 I liked. I couldn't really think of which deserved 5th place because I thought they was both good.

1) Mars- the manga captivated my heart. the love between them are really very touching
2) kare first love- i love the whole storyline. it was one of the simple and sweet romance manga
3) absolute boyfriend- this one drove me to tears. the ending was so sad i love night !!
