mm i cant really recall any wtf endings for manga, but i have LOADS memories of wtf endings of animes, like:
gakuen alice, skip beat, soul eater.
good thing they still continue the plot in the manga tho

MX0.... Can't say it ended bad, or even weird for that matter, but just different from the feeling most manga leave you with.
Also Death Note.... I was like 11 when I watched the final episode.... It wasn't a good day for me to begin with, and then I got all sad over the ending of death note...... Well anime and manga end with Light dying, so not that much a difference, but I'd say that anime ends more depressing........ Especially with the "Misa no Uta" ending......
