-Angel Densetsu by Yagi Norihiro HILARIOUUUUUUUS! you must read it. it's on onemanga.com
-H3 School - hilarious shoujo only 5 volumes but great pace/storyline
-Boys'n Girl by Kei Yasunaga very short manga, ending was bleh but still hilarious
FUNNY
-Fairy Tail by Mashima Hiro Very cute, not laugh out loud funny but really comedic
-any manga by YOSHIHARA Yuki Funny smutty situations and HILARIOUS
-Perfect Girl Evolution aka The Wallflower aka Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge -story is slow but makes up for it with hilarious characterizations and interesting storyline
