The first manga that got me hooked? Wow...
I think it might have been The Cain Saga. The references to popular English nursery rhymes was appealing and I loved the horror and sadness to the character's stories like Cain's father who manipulated and twisted up his whole life. The whole family is messed up, and even though that's a bad thing....it was kinda funny to me at the same time >.<
