Three topics per issue, sounds like a good idea. Although we might need others to help with the writing or discussion parts. Yeah we can do that, have articles on either side of the gambit and an article somewhere in between pointing out and asking stuff regarding what other people are writing out there.

Well, We want articles written to start Controversial debates and arguments.
You can write about:
Religion, Administration, Science, Sex, Commercial Industry, The Media, etc.

Just make sure you have a valid point/argument to make and then have fun with it.

If you need help with making a cover, TheLaughingman would be happy to help you out with one.

Well, help would be good. But as Yuyevin said: at first it was just Yuyevin and I, getting all you other guys would be good. Hmmm… So this is what I see right now: 3 topics per issue with headlines, 1 main cover with an overall headline. How we’re going to post this is going to be interesting. I guess we could have one guy post everything where the cover is first then with lines separating (like ____ or =====) each article, and with information regarding the article and cover, sort of like what we’ve been doing except with 3 articles. Unless we can make subcategories in the forum, that looks like the best answer. The only thing I’m concerned with that if it’s too long. Also, it looks like these issues of ray=out will be posted once a month? Every two or three weeks? Concerning the number of topics per issue.

If we get the above settled, we then need to find a way to communicate between the writers and the topics being written. Each issue should have similar topics regarding the three articles. Making the covers is easy, I can do that quick. I’ll be also writing the articles too, the only problem is how we all come to a conclusion about the topic and communication. CR’s e-mail network seems like the best idea, but I don’t believe we can attach stuff. Anyone else have something that could help, or does this sound good?

Maybe if we make the topics a little shorter and more open ended to allow disgussion on a broarder scale, you know to try and get people to make their own judgements based on the information we can give them. and maybe take one issue and look at it from different perspectives like. if hillary clinton gets in to office, what does this mean to the environment? what will this mean for industry etc

And as for for the writers and artists and everything working on the "ray=out" mag, why dont we colaborate outside of crunchyroll. because then we can use our own email with attachment options and all. it would be really cool to be able to print an actual ray=out mag one day or make it like a email that we spread around just like the Gekkostate did in e7. there is my two cents

Cool, it looks like we have a team going here. So far, we got yuyevin, inc15, golly, and myself. Anyone else want's to jump in? It would seem that the best method of communication and info sharing is through normal e-mail; so now that we got stuff settled here, we should get this started. If I don't have your e-mail addresses already, use CR's e-mail system to tell me your address (that way people outside of this don't get a hold of your addresses, and I'll send out an e-mail to you guys). Once we get this settled, we can start figuring out what we want to write about and hopefully get a 3 article issue by the end of this month, if not the next.
