How do you make friends?

I personally, do not make much friends and when I do, I make them in the strangest ways.

I'll start out with a normal, common intorduction and then a normal, common question which would lead to some kind of debate.

Ya know ? everyday things.

Edited - If you mean like making buddies on Cr maybe you should ask the person you want to add if it's okay.

I don't know but i have this type of thing where I'm picky who I want to be friends with. Like I talk a lot to people who I think I fit in with and with some people I am extremely quiet around. It's like I lower myself compared to people who I'm quiet around.
