Strange enough though I like Yuu Watase...she doesn't make it on my list...for some reason
Naoko Takeuchi( Sailor Moon duh!) Her lines are so flowy and effort less. Her stories are romantic too
Kyoko Hikawa( From Far Away, Chizumi and Fujiomi) Her characters are really charming and so are the morals of the story or the deeper meaning.

Arina Tanemura is my favorite manga-ka also. I've loved every single manga she's ever made (especially the most recent, Shinshi Doumei Cross). I mean...I love some manga more than ShinKuro and the others, but she's the only manga-ka that I love every single manga for.
