Nozomu Tamaki - Dance in the Vampire Bund
Love the story and the characters but the artwork is awesome, its so consistent, characters look the same from all different angles. It's also got the right amount of detail, enough so I can just look at it for ages but not so much that it looks like a mess.

Yuki kaori-I do love her dark fantasy stories.

Yoshihiro Togashi-He really refined the shounen genre in top notch.

Kazue Kato-This is shallow, but I do like her because of her gorgeous art.I do hope to see more works of her.

Kaoru Mori-I really like how good her characters are and that amazing art.I do recommend her works

Kosuke Fujishima - Oh My Goddess, You're Under Arrest, Paradise Residence - I love his character designs and he tells a good story. (Especially Oh My Goddess)
Kaoru Mori - Emma, A Bride's Story - Her artwork is unparallelled and she is good at writing slice of life stories that flow. In particular, she is the absolute best at drawing the unclothed female form of any artist I have ever seen! (And she has a tendency to do so, frequently in non-ecchi situations...)
Lily Hoshino - Otome Youkai Zakuro is the only work of hers I have read, but I love that manga and her artwork in it.
Miki Yoshikawa - Yamada-kun and the 7 Witches is the only work of hers that I have read, but it has become the one I look forward to reading the most each week. The art is great, with wonderful character designs and some really nice backgrounds (though nothing compared to Mori) and the storyline is very well crafted, with tons of humor and plenty of subverted tropes to keep you on your toes. I have heard good things about her earlier series and it is on my list of series to check out.
Kouji Seo - A Town Where You Live (Kimi no Iru Machi), Suzuka, Half & Half, Princess Lucia, Love Letter - Fantastic background art, amazingly beautiful (though re-used, as all artists seem to do) character designs, and 2nd only to Mori-sensei in drawing the female form (though in A Town Where You Live he keeps it toned down with no detail. Suzuka and some of the others are much more ecchi and his art is amazing!) In addition, he writes a good love story, eliciting strong emotions from his readers. His stories frequently inspire massive rage on the boards, but that is just a testament to how well he crafted the characters and the stories. He does have a tendency to toss in lots of eye-roll worthy side plots, but if you can ignore those, the main storyline of his manga are usually very strong. Princess Lucia and Half & Half may be my favorite of his work, though A Town Where You Live is probably on top. It is getting a little long in the tooth though and he needs to wrap it up and concentrate on one of the other current series, or start a new one... The extremely short Love Letter, which is both the name of a 2 chapter story about a woman and the man she loves during World War II and the title of a tankoban containing that story as well as two one-shots (Including the one-shot version of Half & Half, which is quite different than the serialization) is really a must read! Fantastic storytelling.
Yuyuko Takemiya - Toradora!, Golden Time, Evergreen, Watashitachi no Tamura-kun - Though she is a light novel writer, she does do the manga adaptations of the stories from her light novels and Evergreen is a manga-first story. She is one of the best romance writers out there. I love everything she has ever written, at least that I know of...
