My number one would always be TANEMURA ARINA. All of her works are addicting and all in one (romance, comedy, drama, cliffies, action, great art work, amazing storyline...ahh everything). My all-time faves would be Full Moon Wo Sagashite, Shinshi Doumei Cross, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne & ION.

CLAMP. They're famous of their varying styles, and their illustrations are so magnificent. Their stories are of interesting plots, and they're super efficient. We only have to wait for 1 week for the next chapter of TRC and Holic.
And also Arina Tanemura. Her art is very detailed and delicate. Very nice indeed.
Not to miss Kozue Amano, who is an expert in drawing European style buildings. Her coloured artbooks are worth buying, and her stories are very laid back and relaxing. Loved her =]
