Canon VS Nikon
Posted 6/4/08
I haven`t used a Nikon camera yet but I`ve used a Canon one and it`s pretty good . It`s easy to use too .
Unlike some digital cameras out there that takes more time to figure out . >.<

for point and shoot i want to take the canon .i can see lots newbies using canon digital slr but with introduction of cheap nikon slr, canon is loosing on that category. for action the d40 canon or the 300d nikon . pros use top of the line nikon or canon so they can get newbies up or down or left or right but the secret is use large format if you want to get real big. (study art, color and light and you can work with any camera). my gear? - i am using a nikon.

At work I use Nikon D50 and for private, I use Canon EOS Mark 2. It really depends on what you prefer. If you are more of a portrait person, go for Nikon. Landscape, go for Canon. Accessories wise, I only have a Sigma 28-300mm lens and a Speedlite 430EX flash. Lenses are more important actually. Think of it like this: the camera's the gun and the lenses are the bullets.

nikon is a lense company so it is better to get a nikon body and preferably with nikon lense

I would if I didn't have so many things to pay for. D: For now, I'm just working with what I have.
