Yes. The first manga I read was a Korean manga called Priest. The cover art looked great. Next thing I know when I finish Vol. 1 is I want more. Art style is great, story is simply amazing & keeps building up as you read on, & love how the main character easily reminds me of Hellsing, personality-wise, appearance-wise, & the level of badassness

Well it's the first thing you see, so of course the cover is what attracts you. Unless you got a recommendation or something.
But you can't really judge the plot and story and stuff just by looking at the cover, no ._.

Fujita Kazuko's style isn't so appealing to the younger audience but I love her characters. I love the revenge. Haha.

yeah with shojo manga most of the time, its really easy to notice the drawing style of that genre.
For the rest i try to read a synopsis or at least check the genre(s)
