Well, here's what I think.
Although I hate Takano, she actually has a good reason why she did all this. Because her grandfather was ignored by scientific community, he killed himself. She just wanted people to know about her grandfather's discovery, and to prove it to the scientists that the Hinamizawa syndrome really existed.
Teppei just a bastard, and same goes for Ritsuko.
Ooishi technically isn't bad, because he actualy agreed to help them out in the last arc. He still did some bad stuff in the previous arcs, nothing so serious that everyone died.

Ooishi/ Mr.Delicious is fine by me.
Note: In Japanese, Oishi means delicious, while the guy's name is Ooishi. They sound the same, but Ooishi actually has a different meaning in Kanji. And I'm not the one who gave him the name "Mr.Delicious", it's just been on the internet for a while.
