My bro in law read this, who is a Gunnery Sgt in the marines btw, told me tell you this.. "get your head out of your ass, quit being a whiney little girl on the internet." |

I say you just want attention. Your mad because you’re an albino and get made fun of for it, so you pretend to be a bad @ss…. Rather than trying to change who you are, or pretend to be somebody else, take what you have and make it your own. Work with it.
Anyway, your still full of it. Marines are just normal people. They aren’t even the best trained in the military. In any case I’ve lived my whole life on military posts, and soldiers are just people. They don’t like pain, they don’t want to die, and they have an ethos of a pretty light-hearted personality. Just normal people. That's the last I'm going to say on the matter. |

Well... there was that story about the blind man driving a car wasn't there?
Ah, I'm sure you'll get in... some day. If it's really that important to you. I've only have one huge disappointment in my life. Last year. I failed my AS Level exams. failed. I wouldn't have felt so crushed, but I KNOW I did well on the exams and all my other friends didn't study and got Cs, and Ds. I was allllways higher than them. We did the exams with different boards (I HATE YOU EDEXCEL!) and everyone says that my old school took the better examining board. I was in severe depression for a month. I'd never ever failed in any exam. Ya, only one month. The depression lasted a year though. The fact that I failed (in life basically) and that my best friends left the country I was like... gutted. Seriously! Ah! I hate talking about it! |

^^^That wasn't whiney, I was stating the absurdity of being highly qualified, yet being held back by a slight problem, it didn't hit me too hard because I always kinda expected that kind of thing to happen
And I dislike most people in general, military are the few people I do respect |

They were all commited by 2 military personnel. 1 navy and 1 marine..... u still respect them? like he said, in the end... they're just people. |

Lets not flame. And yeah I have had a few major dissapointments within this month *not going to mention* And that is how the army works. they turn down the ones that want to join, and entice those of us who don't want to or don't support the military *like myself*
I personally have hatred for the military because it takes soooo much from me. too many double standards and the corruption is sickening *I made a thread about this a while ago* |

I can't believe I've been here for almost 6 years.
