Well I don't agree with that. Yes cats are cute and I don't like dopgs better or cats better at that but alot of what you said is inaccurate. some dogs are smaller then cats. some dogs are more quiet than cats, and safer around a new born sleeping because they won't lay on their faces. So please don't be so biased.

Anyway, Chartreuxs are very quiet and low mantiance like you said, but they tend to only attach themselves to one person. So if you live with a big group of people it may not be such a good choice. Also, they don't meow. They sorta sqeak. though I've also heard that they can be mute.
