Okay people this topic is for how anime is made. Its a simple question until you get into all the steps that it takes to create and make an anime. So people go at it and say how you think the process is done.

well im not really sure,to create an anime you must have a team of people,a company to publish your anime.

if your going solo, you draw strips for a magazine like shonen jump or some't and if people like it,the company will approach you to create your anime.

First they sit around in a circle and watch some old anime. They then start copying ideas down and present their findings. After the few minutes they spend discussing what to make, they finally start "writing" their "unique" script. Then they give the script to a team of animators who find the cheapest way to make the anime and turn a profit.

The rest is history.

Unfortunately, some animators were paid cheaper than expected and only the producers earns in a certain production.

If anyone has the special edition DVD of Akira, the bonus disc has some great features on the making of the film. It's pretty amazing (Akira was an extremely technically advanced anime for its time, surpassing even some films made today).

it always starts with a story..i guess..

hmm it depends if we are talking about anime or manga...

but there's always a team involved and producers and directors...
i've got it all here on paper but it's like 20 pages of dutch language and i'm not that keen on translating (and my english sux so)...

I was wondering with what kind of program they make anime's...
its not just done with adobe there must some kind of professional animation tool...

Are you referring to the styles and techniques or simply the systems management? The management will definitely be similar, if not the same with typical animations studios: you have a head artist or artist and several "copy" artists. The main artists make a majority of the frames, or "genga", while copy artists fill in the extra frames to get the animation running.

The other people's answers here are hilarious...
