I don't have a least favourite word. I just hate it when people use one japanese word in a sentence (ex: Kawaii).
Like sticking in random Japanese words you know into your English sentences will make you sound Japanese you weaboo.

It's a silly but fun question !! Not to be taken too seriously I guess !
So I will answer it for fun !
I know a shop in Tokyo called "Céléb de Tomato" (it was selling anything made with tomatoes including cakes and sweets and other interesting things), and that mix of (wrong) French (even the accents are wrong !) and English was getting on my nerves a bit, but it was quite endearing at the same time !
But when French people pronounce wasabi "waZabi", THAT gets on my nerves !!!!
So that's my most hated japanese word, French pronounced wasabi !! Ha ha !

Hatarakanakatta is another nice one !

I hate the word gaijin.......
Based on what I have read about peoples experiences in Japan...... the way some Japanese use it to refer to foreigners is offensive(it can be used in a polite manor).
Also bars restricting foreigners from entering, with their no gaijin are allowed is BS.
You certainly don't find this kinda shit in other countries like the US.
Even though I hate the word gaijin, it does not mean I would be offended if the word was directed toward me. There are polite ways of using the word, and ignorant ways (such as a sign outside of a bar saying no gaijin).
Here is an interesting scenario:
Someone is born in America, they speak English fluently, and are considered by most American.
Someone is born in Japan, and is white. They live there, their entire life, and speak fluent Japanese. They are called gaijin all the time by other Japanese citizens. Are they not Japanese? Sure ethnicity wise they are not, but they are a Japanese citizen. So the word gaijin shouldn't apply to them, but they will forever be called it, as long as they choose to stay in Japan.
Doesn't this seem wrong?
IMO the word gaijin shouldn't be used as often, to address someone who isn't of Japanese ethnicity. Sure, most people who are not of Japanese ethnicity will be a foreigner (tourist, etc), but is it really right to throw that word out so often. There are plenty of ways to address a human being, without using the word gaijin. Like addressing a person the same way you would address your fellow countrymen.
Sorry for the long post....
