i didnt like gundam seed ....to many gundams....that was my only problem with the anime....and the ones that copy it.....werent the gundams supposed to be the strongest suits ......but now every one has one.....from the strongest to the fuc*ing weakest .........i mean damn.....alright anime i guess...to much talking for my taste ....i like the GW style of gundam and the ones before it better .....but thats just me

seed is better than destiny coz i hate luna and the other lacus (forgot her name) they're so annoying!!!

Also they made the 2nd version Providence so weak its uncool

actually i like Gundam seed destiny very much! I watched it first than gundam seed..and it's awesome for me..
and to be honest I only watched gundam seed because of GSD...^_^

though i really like gundam seed..especially Kira..but i still think GSD is as amazing as the first sequel..^_^

Uhh try watching it ? Most people have seen it already , and it got the worst reviews out of any gundam made . In fact it was one of the biggest anime failures ever when you factor in the extremely large budget it had .

I tried watching it.

I hated it. And I am a massive Gundam fan. The whole "rip off Zeta Gundam poorly then replace the entire cast" thing kind of killed it for me. I decided I would never appreciate the series or setting again.

Then I played Super robot wars Z and decided the anime was non-canon. Banpresto simply did a better job writing SEED DESTINY then the original writers. Shinn stops being a whiny jerk, Kira is called on being a self-righteous blowhard, Rey Za Barrel actually overcomes his genetic heritage, Talia defects from ZAFT when Durandel goes nuts, Durandel is actually foreshadowed to be loony (He allies with Black Charisma for god's sake), Cagalli is not randomly unseated from being Athrun's GF (she leaves to stablize ORB) isn't useless as a pilot (she was being taken on by the Frost Brothers, those guys can give anyone a run for their money) and Athrun doesn't conclusively choose Meyrin.

And sadly SEED and DESTINY were massively popular in Japan. Disgustingly enough they rekindled the gundam series. I suppose it is true that crap burns well but it's still sad. In fact SEED was so popular that they essentially messed up the storyline of Super Robot Wars Alpha 3 just to include it. Instead of finishing Giant Robo and incorporating Gundam Sentinel. Screw you Bandai.

Seed was very popular in Japan , not Destiny . I was still in school in Japan during the release of these 2 series , and had the pleasure of seeing tons of gundam-heads on the verge of suicide .

Destiny was the Gundam that was the closest to killing the entire franchise . Luckily high merchandising sales pertaining to kits and toy figures still made it lucrative .
