Sorry to say, but the only place where DDR is mainly played is at home and will not be seeing a rebirth any time soon. Now if they would get rid of many of the horrible songs, sync the steps, and not have horrible cut offs at the end of the song, then and only then they will have a chance to come back.
I know most of ddr is played at home...everyone knows that.
I agree. You're right, but every ddr game has to have sucky songs...
its just like that. If it was packed with awesome japanese music,
and cool english songs (not oldies), then it would own.

I absolutely love this game. I got hooked and it's getting annoying. I can't help but play if I see this game. Even though my foot's really pain I'll still play this freaking game. My only advice to you people is don't get hooked or suffer.

DDR is just a really fun, active, and interactive game. u can play by urself to get better, which is a little fun. and u can then play with ur friends to show off ur moves, which is ridiculously fun. xD it's just one of those classic games like Super Smash or Pacman, it'll never go away. heck, if u think about it, it's the predecessor of guitar hero.
