I was really curious about about what everyone's favorite story arc was. My favorite was the YumiXSachikoXTouko triangle in Haru. I almost cry for Yumi every time I watch those episodes. And I have only ever cried watching The Passion of the Christ. This arc is that good!

The 3rd OVA for me...Lady GO! the title was...I loved Shimako's expression when her dad showed up in the sports festival! Complete with horrifying music.

That was so funny! What was almost as priceless was Sachiko-sama's reaction to her father's appearance.

^^It was actually the 4th OVA

Never mind that, but I did love all of the OVA's, especially the first 4. One of my favorite moments in all of MariMite was actually in the 4th OVA when Sachiko met Yumi's parents and her nervousness before she met them. It was unbelievably cute and Sachiko's vulnerable side never seizes to make me smile or break my heart depending on the situation.

Oh and the greenhouse scene in the 3rd OVA. That scene was gorgeous and it solidified my belief that Sachiko and Yumi feel a hell of a lot more for each other than friendship and sisterly bond. You have to be a blind fool (no offense if no one else is convinced about these two) not to see it.

^^That scene caused a giddy giddy smile on my face. I don't really think they think of themselves as sisters necessarily. They know there's a deep connection between them but I still say they will forever remain "more than friends less than lovers". The author of the light novels calls this a fantasy and she does realize that we like to consider it "yuri-light or shojo-ai" and she's okay with that. I wonder where she'll go with it though. One can only hope, especially with the teasing frames in the OVA end credits.

yeah somethin more but enough to be more.. i also wonder how its gonna be with sachiko and yuri-light.. but the illusion of somethin more than sisterhood is too strong that yuri-light is somehow meddling in it..
