Probably Excel Saga, very few things make me actually laugh out loud, but I was rolling around in the laughter while watching it, Puni Puni Poemy would be up there, too if there were just more of it

Full metal Panic fumoffu was way too hilarious...
For an entire series that i thought was overall funny and good was
Yakitate Japan!!! So many funny scenes but ending was kind of rushed but what the heck...
