Anyways, about your comment on evolution, it is clearly a theory--just a widely accepted theory until a better one comes. It is actually even more stupid to assume just because they conducted researches before 1859 ( the time when The Origin of the Species was published) the researches and empirical evidences they did were wrong. You actually ignored the fact that scientific method is not about common sense, it is about experiments that prove your hypothesis. But more than anything, evolution is a theory, not a fact; even though it contributes a lot to modern biology.
Anyway, we digressed from the topic.
Incest should be legalized because blood-relation has actually nothing to do with anything. It is exactly the same with other sexual relationships, except for one thing; other relationships have surprises--you actually have lesser idea whether your child will have higher odds of inheriting a disorder. Good thing there are annulments.

I never said the research or evidence is wrong. What i'm saying is in order for a theory to becom a law, scientists have to prove it, (not mathematically but by experimentation) Becaues it takes thousads of years to actually prove evolution they never had an experiment on it. I'm just pointing out evolution is only a THEORY not a law.

There's no way, because there was a case where a gay couple got reported for making too much noise and when the cops showed up they both got arrestted for like sodomy or something. They say one thing but there are other laws to contradict it, that's why people pay lawyers to argue over it and a judge to decide.

Isn't there a majority in practice of incest and the other 'acts of lasciviousness' already? Consensual does mean they're willing to commit the act so they can do whatever they please. And adultery legal? When was ever illegal in the first place? Also bigamy, aren't there some religious sects that also exercise this? Well, I think both parties would get arrested in that situation. Though seriously; do any even GET reported? It's more of a family affair than anything else. The law is just there to state that it's wrong; who says anyone actually GETS punished for it?
