The latest part was initially published in Weekly Shōnen Jump, but was moved to Ultra Jump in 2005. It is currently Shōnen Jump's second longest running manga with 94 volumes and counting (only Kochi-Kame, with 150+ volumes, has more.) as quoted from wikipedia...and what is thaaatt??? JOJO's Bizarre Adventure!!! In continuous publication since 1976 with over 1400 chapters, Kochikame is the longest-running manga series in history (Golgo 13 and Doraemon have been around longer, but neither has been in continuous publication). As of volume 158 the series has sold over 135,000,000 copies[1] as quoted too from wiki, it decides which one's the longest manga ever made!!

Sazae-san was first published in Hasegawa's local paper, the Fukunichi Shimbun (フクニチ新聞, Fukunichi Shimbun?), on April 22, 1946. When the Asahi Shimbun (朝日新聞, Asahi Shimbun?) wished to have Hasegawa draw the comic strip for their paper, she moved to Tokyo in 1949 with the explanation that the main characters had moved from Kyūshū to Tokyo as well. The comic dealt with contemporary situations in Tokyo until Hasegawa retired and ended the comic on February 21, 1974. As one of Japan's longest running and oldest comic strips and animations, the series is known to nearly every Japanese person, young and old. one of the longest...so..anyone have info about the others?
