at the moment my fave character is tasha godspell from witch hunter (even though it's a manhwa)
my other four fave characters would have to be

oga tatsumi - Beelzebub
tatsumi - akame ga kiru
a lot of characters from - code breaker(can't choose who's my fave)

1. Charlotte (Shinyaku Okami ga Kuru) She's a minor character though, but so awesome!!
2. Hecate and Shana are tied (Shakugan no Shana)
3.Kagari and Chariot (Black Rock Shooter) They are the same person basically anyways
4. Illya (Fate/ Kaleid) Illya is only the cutest in Kaleid
5. All the Lauras in manga are so moe!! Laura from Infinite Stratos is the best though she kinda sucks in the manga
