The entire fight sequence in Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu comes to mind.

"Fumo..." -picks up rock- "FUMOFFU!" -tosses it-
"Ouch. What the hell do you think you're doing!?"
"Fumoffu." -does the c'mon hand sign-
"Come down here you idiot!"
"Fumo...MOFU!!!" -body slams person, rolls off and does fighting pose- "Fumoffu!"

And then there's more, like the crotch stomping part, but let's leave that for later.

Of course, there's also "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE!?" from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
