Easiest way would be to upload your mangas on to some online file sharing site, and then post the links to them on your website. Harder way would be to have people directly download it from your computer.

There are many ways to do this. I'm guessing you have saved the mangas in a picture format (.jpg, .bmp etc.) or are they in a .PDF format?

Version 1:
If you want to offer then for download .PDF is the best way to go, but takes a bit of experience and time create one whole document chapter by chapter. Then you can simply upload it to your site and give a link to download.

Version 2:
You can create a flash application where they are able to view the image, then click and it goes to the next image. This takes practice and the ability to create flash documents, you'll also have to know decent coding to this one your site.

Version 3:
You can save all the pages for each manga naming them "page 1", "page 2", etc and put them in a Zip folder (.zip) and simply upload them to your site, then give people a link to click and read the first option.

Version 4:
You can download a photo display application for your site and upload them in order, but this is time consuming.

As you can see... the possibilities are endless.

Meant something more along the lines of rapidshare (http://rapidshare.com/), but any website that can host files would work. I'm not sure on the specifics, but you can set up a site based on your computers IP, and put the files up on that. I would say that is way more complicated then necessary though.

Not as easy as it sounds. This requires ALOT of configuration, your internet to be online 24/7, a pretty fast internet connection. Also you have to hope that your ISP allows such like this. I'm able to do it on my computers, but a lot of times the server crashes within days and screws everything up. I do this every few months to keep practicing but after a few days of it I go crazy because I'm able to come across every type of error possible. If you really want to use this method. I'll give you the software I use.

I think the best way for you to do this is build a simple server, load up Linux or Free BSD and use that.

It'll take tons of work but think of it as a good learning experience.

I think you should upload it to a file sharing site like Indo has suggested. But I'd go with mediafire than rapidshare. After uploading on mediafire (or whatever file sharing site you want), you just post that link up in your site.

You can upload all your manga to download to sites such as rapidshare, megaupload etc... Or you can buy server space and upload there.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO, if you want to properly create a site that is going to be A LOT more time consuming, and labor intensive than you may think. First of all, you need to design a website scheme that will suit your needs, along with being user friendly. You don't want something overly confusing, or a jumble of redirections.( if you host the files through a 3rd party site, that is what will happen, users will get redirected away from your site). Also, you want something that will be sustainable and easy to maintain. If you look at a site that I collaborate on, www.jamwif.us you can see a working, all self sustaining website, that users can download from, and also submit their own content. This is a compilation of probably 200 hours of site design, and a ton more in knowledge.

Designing a proper website that is successful is a TON of hard work, but if you are going to do it, you should do it right.

A lot of what Sir Moo said is more complicated than you probably want to venture into. Flash is a no-no for beginners, and you need knowledge of action script. I would say, use a pre-generated blog type layout, such as wordpress etc. Convert the manga's to .jpg and upload them to an FTP from which you create entries with the .jpg files. While not the best way, probably the least problematic for your situation.
