to all those saying "great" or whatever. I have nothing to say. just don't go crying when one day you need to pay to access the anime section. (I believe thats Gonzo's goal since most of the anime studios are money faced, especially Gonzo) As for those who say that I'm complaining, go read up on Gonzo's view on fansubbing. They hated fansubbing to the core. Will they change their opinion overnight? Its no for me. Thats the impression they gave to me. If it is studios like KyoAni, I will probably be cheering in joy like you guys. One last thing. There are many cunning peoples around in this world. Being naive will only result in getting cheated.

Looks really good that an Animation Company is noticing Crunchyroll, if they're doing it right they might make money and popularity. As crunchyroll is indeed growing, and most of the members is Animé interested (if my guess is correct), they are doing a good thing for their own company and to the world.





hah, a few dollars is nothing.. But I guess the income depends on the country. Anyway I wouldnt mind paying, lets say 5-15 Dollars to watch anime, as I would love to support the anime companies (as long as the money goes to the correct place)

So it exist people who still think everything is free, well none of my problems.

I am with the sceptics, although in theory it sounds like great news, watch out! There is big money to made here and I am sure that any company that is courting this sight isn't doing it out of altruism. They are businesses and businesses need to make money: any way that they can do so. Now with that said, let me say this. If this becomes a pay sight, then I will pay, because nowhere can I get as much as is offered on this sight. It' has been great getting stuff for free, but come on, it just can't go on forever. Just keep it affordable so as many people, especally students, as possible can still enjoy.

I will not support them with their mindset nowadays. In the past I used to buy DVDs like mad but not now.

They can't make us pay to see all the anime. Y? Cause those animes are non profit subs! There is no way to do this. Now what Gonzo probably wants is better advertisement. Crunchyroll only shows anime that is NOT LICENCED in the US. (with exception of Naruto and junk like that) ANYWAY, they mostly will delete the anime once it is licensed. If Gonzo joins this, they will probably be able to advertise their anime GLOBAL. Not only Japan will be able to see it but it will prepare western countries to buy their animes when they come on out or purchase imports.

Hmm this is certainly a good news, and I really hope tings go well with Gonzo. Sadly, something is bothering about this...I just can't put my finger in it.

gonzo killed rosario + vampire anime....so will they kill the free lunch at crunchy? who knows (and who cares, I download my own anime anyways)
