If Gonzo joins this, they will probably be able to advertise their anime GLOBAL. Not only Japan will be able to see it but it will prepare western countries to buy their animes when they come on out or purchase imports.
Well the other possibility would be that they allow CR to host Gonzo animes on the site in exchange for a profit that the site makes from CR supporters and advertising. Or maybe make Gonzo related animes available to anyone willing to pay a monthly fee or something. It is a tricky subject and must be studied thoroughly. Good luck Shinji.

Well I don't think they have any "legal" right to remove fansubbers from the site unless Shinji gives them that right... The only right they have is to request CR to not host licensed Gonzo animes or any Gonzo anime. Other then that I don't think they have a right to dictate that fansubs not be allowed on the site unless they ask for that right in a contract, in which case Shinji should just tell them to screw themselves.

and thats exactly why I am against this idea without some proper research and legal counsil on shinji's part.

well actually, gonzo only have the right to stop us seeing their anime. they cant go and say yeah. we want you to take off, anime that isnt ours aswell, they arnt legally aloud to do that, its outside the rights they have, also. everyone should stop jumping to conclusions,
